Refund and Returns Policy

We Pride ourselves on the best, but for some unfortunate reason the product isn’t up to scratch please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Faluty and Damaged Items:

PLease provide at photo evidence of the damaged or faulty item and we will either offer a replacement or refund or credit.

Change of mind - if you haven’t used your product within 30 days we will accept returns on items with a full refund on the item once we have received into our store. We will not refund shipping costs or be responsible for the shipping cost to return.

The items must be returned in the same condition sent so we advise packaging correctly and the box must remain in tact for a full refund.
